These terms and conditions govern the use of the 15f platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully before registering or using any of our services. By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Account Creation and Information Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 15f platform. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone. 15f will never ask for your password via email or live chat. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility.

Log out after every session, especially on shared or public devices.
Report any suspicious activity to the 15f support team immediately.
Keep your account information up to date whenever any details change.

Payment Information and MYR Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals on the 15f platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, and selected Malaysian bank debit cards.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
Funds deposited for gambling purposes are non-refundable once used in gameplay.

As a 15f platform user, you agree to use it responsibly and in full compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to use your account.
Abusing bonus or promotional offers through dishonest means or in violation of bonus terms.
Uploading or transmitting obscene, threatening, defamatory, or offensive content through the platform.

15f reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding relevant balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy

The 15f platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee that the service will be available at all times, free from interruptions or technical errors. 15f is not liable for any financial losses arising from service disruptions, technical issues, or loss of access beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 15f's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the date the liability claim arises.

Account Suspension & Closure

Account closure requested by the user.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Malaysia.
